T-mobile instant discounts on phones work if I will be using the phone as a pre-paid phone?

I’m planning to get T-Mobile pre-paid and I saw Razors for like $30. Then I saw it should really be like $150, but with the mail-in rebate and “instant discount” it is $30. If I use the phone for pre-paid, can I still get the discount, or is it only for people with plans?

How can I gain access to the root file system of my Nokia E61?

I am starting up a service for local musicians whereby people can request music clips over thier mobile phones. I will be using MMS messages (not the more popular WAP Push) to send the clips via an automated system.

All the SIML editors I have tried have either been impossible to use, or have produced bad results. My Nokia E61 has a wonderfull MMS creator built in but I have no way to acess the SIML files and associated data files that are created!

What I really need to be able to do is access my phones root file system in software. Nokia PC suite only allows me to access my “documents” folder and this does not include the files I need to get to.

Does anybody know how I can get the information I need from my phone?
I have now found a file explorer for the N61 but does anybody know where mms data is stored? I cant find it anywhere!
